This is a plain-language summary of how BidRunner works today. It is a working draft and has not had a legal review.
The service
BidRunner is software that finds jobs, drafts proposals and, with your approval, sends them from your own Upwork account. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Upwork Inc.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for every proposal sent from your account and for following Upwork's terms.
- Keep your login details accurate and your BidRunner password private.
- Do not use BidRunner to send misleading, abusive or unlawful content.
Plans and billing
Plans renew each period (monthly or quarterly) through Stripe. Leads above your plan's included amount are billed at the price shown on the pricing page. You can cancel in the billing portal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
No guarantees
We cannot promise replies, contracts or earnings. Upwork can change its rules or limit an account, and we are not responsible for that.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
