- Counts
- A client replies to a proposal you sent through BidRunner. It is counted once, in the plan period when the reply arrives.
- Does not count
- Jobs we match, drafts we write, proposals you send, and proposals nobody answers.
- Going over
- Bidding never stops. Extra leads are $19 each and shown in your usage counter as they happen.

Billing questions.
What counts as a lead?
A lead is a client reply to a proposal you sent through BidRunner. Jobs we match and proposals you send do not count; only replies do, per plan period (a quarter on quarterly plans, a month on monthly plans).
What if I go over my included leads?
Bidding does not stop. Each extra lead costs $19, and your usage counter shows where you stand as it happens. Growth and Agency include unlimited leads.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage or cancel your plan any time in the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is there a free trial?
No. You pay first, then connect your account. Solo starts at $49 a month, billed quarterly, or $69 billed monthly.
How many Upwork accounts can I connect?
Solo includes 1, Growth includes 3 and Agency includes 10.
