This is a plain-language summary of how BidRunner works today. It is a working draft and has not had a legal review.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a hashed password.
- The Upwork account details you give us so we can connect on your behalf. They are stored encrypted and used only to run your session.
- Job listings we match for you, the proposals we draft and send, and the replies you receive.
- Usage counts (matches, proposals, leads) so we can bill you.
- Billing details are handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
How we use it
To run the service, bill you, answer support requests and keep the product working. We do not sell your data.
Who processes it for us
We use hosting and infrastructure providers (Cloudflare for this site, Railway for the app and database), Stripe for payments, an email provider for account messages and an AI model provider to score jobs and draft proposals. Job text and your notes are sent to the AI provider for that purpose.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account is open. Email [email protected] to export or delete it.
