What counts as a lead?
A lead is a client reply to a proposal you sent through BidRunner. Jobs we match and proposals you send do not count; only replies do, per plan period (a quarter on quarterly plans, a month on monthly plans).
Is this allowed on Upwork?
Upwork's terms limit automated access, and BidRunner is not endorsed by Upwork. We keep the footprint small: one steady session per connected account, from a dedicated location, and nothing sends without your approval unless you turn automatic sending on yourself.
You are responsible for your own account. Read Upwork's current terms before you connect.
Do I approve every proposal?
Yes, by default. Every proposal waits in your approval queue until you approve it. Automatic sending is an opt-in setting and is off until you confirm it.
Will clients know I used AI?
You read, edit and approve every proposal before it goes out, and drafts are built from your own notes and past work. What you send is your proposal, under your name.
What does BidRunner do with my Upwork login?
It uses your login to keep a session open on your behalf, so it can read your matches and send the proposals you approve. Your details are stored encrypted and used for nothing else. To disconnect and delete them, email [email protected].
What if I go over my included leads?
Bidding does not stop. Each extra lead costs $19, and your usage counter shows where you stand as it happens. Growth and Agency include unlimited leads.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage or cancel your plan any time in the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is there a free trial?
No. You pay first, then connect your account. Solo starts at $49 a month, billed quarterly, or $69 billed monthly.
How many Upwork accounts can I connect?
Solo includes 1, Growth includes 3 and Agency includes 10.
Which regions does it work in?
BidRunner is built and tested for freelancer accounts in the United States and Canada. If you are based elsewhere, email [email protected] before you subscribe.
